The villa boasts large, comfortable living areas, with a family lounge that has its own bar and french doors leading onto a summer terrace. On the lower ground floor there is also a second living room with flat screen tv and games area. There is also Sky tv in both the lounges.

The fully equipped kitchen has all that you need with a dining area off to the side. French doors lead onto another terrace where the summer kitchen and second dining area can be found, ideal for aperitifs and alfresco dining.

The accommodation is located over three floors, There are two double bedrooms with a bathroom and shower on the ground floor, two further bedrooms, one of which is a twin room are located on the lower ground floor, these also benefit from a shower room. On the first floor there is a triple bedroom with en suite shower room, this room can be adapted as a twin, double or triple room.

To the outside of the property, the grounds have been completely re-designed, with stairs leading down to the sweeping lawn with a fabulous feature fountain display and a heated swimming pool area for whiling away the days.

All together an excellent location for a relaxing holiday without a care in the world or a stones throw away, you have the lovely market town of Ceret, 10 minutes to the Spanish border and 30 minutes to the Mediterranean. If that's not enough, you have the rest of the Pyrenees foothills with ancient castles, mountain walks, canyoning through spectacular gorges..........
